How much does We Mail Stickers cost?
A flat fee of 52¢ per envelope processed. We do not charge setup fees, support fees, or sticker storage fees.
Is my Mail List private?
Yes. We will never share your Mail List with anyone except you. You can download it at any time. We export mail lists using CSV file format, which can be opened with Excel and most database software. You can also opt to collect email addresses.
Is there a required minimum number of sticker requests per month?
No. However, to avoid storing stickers in our warehouse for years with no incoming revenue, we reserve the right to terminate clients who have fewer than 5 sticker requests per month, over a 3 month period.
Is there a maximum number of sticker requests per month that We Mail Stickers can handle?
Please contact us if you expect to receive more than 30,000 sticker requests per month.
What can be included in the envelope?
Our typical client includes 1-3 stickers per envelope. The entire contents must fit inside a standard #11 envelope (4x10 inches), must be flat, and must weigh less than 1 ounce. This is included in our fee of 52¢ per envelope.
Please let us know if you'd like to include non-sticker items. We can typically accommodate your request, but we do charge extra fees for any preparation work. For example, if you want us to include a letter in each envelope, and its not pre-folded to fit in a #11 envelope, we'll charge you a fee to fold them.
What if I have an international sticker request?
We have no problem sending your stickers out-of-country. Mailing to Canada or Mexico costs you $1.10 per request. Everywhere else costs $1.30 per request.
Can I prevent the same fan from requesting stickers multiple times?
Yes. By default we only allow one request per household, but this can be changed in “Settings.”
How does billing work?
You add funds to your account, and we subtract 52¢ from your balance for every sticker request we process. We'll continue to process stickers as long as you have a positive balance. We'll email you when you're low.
Is WeMailStickers on the envelope?
No. We're an unbranded service. WeMailStickers.com uses your address as the return address, and we do not add any mention of WeMailStickers anywhere on the envelope.
How long does it take to process sticker requests?
As long as we have a supply of your stickers in our warehouse, all sticker requests will be mailed in under 24 hours.
What happens if you run out of my stickers?
Your representative will warn you when our supply of your stickers runs low. You can indicate to your representative when you would like
to be contacted.
